About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our corporate real estate and property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities, including mopping, toilet cleaning, washing walls, vacuuming, emptying bins, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Operate a variety of cleaning equipment, including manual handling activities.
- Work independently, organizing your own time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with customers and managers, adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
About You
We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work on your own initiative. Previous cleaning experience is desired, but not essential. If you are a naturally friendly and reliable individual with a passion for delivering high-quality results, we would love to hear from you.
