Job Summary:

ICTS Europe is seeking a highly experienced Corporate Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our clients' premises and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Access Control Management: Manage access control systems for buildings and car parks, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to secure areas.
  • Site Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the premises, grounds, and car parks to deter and detect potential security threats.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer requests and queries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • ID Verification: Verify the identity of employees, visitors, and contractors using a professional and friendly approach.
  • Alarm Response: Deactivate and activate alarms as necessary to ensure the security of the premises.
  • Key Management: Unlock and lock buildings, rooms, external barriers, and gates to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Health and Safety: Identify and report potential health and safety issues and provide first aid if necessary.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of incidents, including reports using computer-based systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of five years' experience as a Corporate Security Officer, with a proven track record of ensuring the security and safety of clients' premises and personnel.
  • Qualifications: SIA Door Supervision (DS) or Security Guarding (SG) license, and a First Aid at Work qualification (desirable).
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service and team working skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • IT Skills: Competent IT and administration skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Appearance and Demeanour: A professional appearance and demeanor are essential for this role.
