We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our North Shropshire CMHS, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to service users.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide autonomous clinical assessment and treatment to patients with complex mental health needs.
- Lead on quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of education and training programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
- Assess and manage risk for individuals with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.
- Develop and implement service development and transformation projects.
