Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Influencer Marketing Specialist to be part of our Affiliates & Partnerships division. This pivotal role focuses on one of Wise's primary user acquisition strategies within the Performance Marketing sector. Our goal is to empower partners to promote Wise through mutually beneficial agreements. We collaborate with a diverse array of partners globally, including comparison platforms, finance bloggers, content creators, and travel agencies.
At Wise, we are determined to enhance our influencer marketing initiatives and expand into new, promising markets. You will oversee a variety of campaigns, from collaborating with travel influencers in Australia to orchestrating financial literacy initiatives in the United States, as well as managing ambassador programs in Brazil during significant events.
Your role will involve close collaboration with various internal marketing teams worldwide that rely on influencer marketing, whether for public relations campaigns, organic social media content, or paid advertising efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Campaign Management: Develop and oversee comprehensive regional influencer campaigns, including strategy formulation, influencer sourcing, rate negotiations, contract management, and performance reporting. Collaborate with regional leaders to identify and explore additional influencer channels for growth. Campaign Development and Implementation: Design and execute influencer marketing strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition and growth. Work alongside other marketing teams to create engaging content with broader applications. Regional Oversight: Manage regional influencer marketing efforts to ensure alignment with global strategies. Coordinate local influencer activities to maximize impact. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance and key performance indicators at the regional level, using insights to refine future strategies. Operational Management: Understand and manage the operational aspects of influencer agreements, including payments, compliance, tool management, and forecasting.Candidate Profile
A minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, demonstrating a successful track record in developing and scaling influencer programs to drive customer growth. Familiarity with influencer management agencies. Proven experience in establishing various types of commercial agreements. Experience in monetizing social media followings. A collaborative, creative team player with a passion for content. Strong analytical abilities to identify performance trends and opportunities, with examples of measurement across influencer campaigns. Experience mentoring junior team members and managing projects. Ability to influence and collaborate across different functions is essential.Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing influencers or talent within the financial technology sector. Background in affiliate marketing. Proficiency in multiple languages.Additional Information
