About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group, a leading food manufacturing company in the UK. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Main Responsibilities
  • Quality Management Systems: Implement, monitor, and develop quality management systems to ensure compliance with product safety, quality, and legality requirements.
  • Technical Operations: Operate and communicate effectively between Technical and Production teams to ensure the technical needs of the business are fulfilled.
  • Food Safety: Ensure food safety is not breached at any time, and coordinate QA team activities to maintain high standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality panels, generate samples, and ensure product quality meets customer specifications.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report directly to the QA Manager, take instructions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a self-motivated and highly resilient individual with a solid level of numeracy, excellent attention to detail, and good decision-making skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in using Microsoft Office applications, clear communication and listening skills, and the ability to adapt language and communication style.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year experience in a factory setting, with demonstrated communication skills and quality assurance expertise. They will be able to work unsupervised, prioritize workload, and manage a team effectively.
