Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each service user.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement service improvements, ensuring that our care is of the highest standard.
- Attend all training and engage in continuing professional development (CPD) to stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and promote excellence in care.
- Administer medications in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained, and that service users receive comprehensive support.
