Learning Disabilities Nurse/Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health (RMN) / Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Woking.
Cygnet Hospital Woking is a CQC-rated 'Good' hospital that provides a range of secure mental health services for men and women, as well as an Acute service. Our sister hospital, Cygnet Lodge Woking, offers a high dependency inpatient rehabilitation service and an Acute service for men, extending our care pathway.
As a Registered Mental Health (RMN) / Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) at Cygnet, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality care to our service users. You will be responsible for producing outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations, working closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality written reports based on nursing assessments and observations.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and improve the service.
- Attend training and engage in CPD to enhance knowledge and promote nursing excellence.
- Ensure individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines.
- Administer medicines in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines.
