Fawkes & Reece (North) is excited to announce an opening for a proficient Cost Analyst to become part of our vibrant construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tender processes from initial inquiry through to project handover within the commercial division.
  • Engage in projects typically valued between £500k and £5m.
  • Participate in tender presentations for upcoming projects, providing commercial insights and leadership.
  • Assist in the preparation for settlement meetings, ensuring that all necessary documentation, including risk assessments and labor rates, are thoroughly completed.
