Lead Nursing Coordinator

As a Lead Nursing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting a dedicated team of nursing professionals. Your leadership will ensure that the nursing department operates efficiently and positively, fostering an environment where both staff and service users thrive.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the delivery of high-quality care within a mental health setting.
- Leading and coordinating nursing care management and clinical services.
- Delegating nursing tasks effectively among team members.
- Monitoring the conditions of service users and responding proactively to any changes.
- Providing supervision and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a collaborative team environment.
- Making critical decisions regarding staff assignments and resource allocation.
- Acting as a liaison between nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
- A compassionate and caring attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Proven leadership skills and relevant experience in a similar healthcare environment.

- Male Autism Services for adults with Autism and Asperger's syndrome.
- Assessment and rehabilitation for women facing complex mental health challenges.
- Specialized inpatient services for older men with intricate mental and physical health requirements.
- Low secure care settings for men with mental illness and associated conditions.
In this role, you will receive:
