**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to lead our Accounts Payable team and optimize financial operations on a global scale.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions with an emphasis on workflow management, policy, and process documentation, and proper AP controls.
- Manage and maintain the SAP Concur platform for T&E processing, including updating and maintaining key system data.
- Manage global travel management partnerships and update/maintain the Global Corporate Travel Policy.
- Assist in forecasting weekly AP cash flow needs to Treasury/Head of Cash Operations.
- Work with our finance and accounting teams to assist with month-end closes, expense accruals, and correct GL account coding.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Project management experience with the ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of accounting and general ledgers as it pertains to Accounts Payable.
- Proven experience in managing a corporate travel program.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline(s).
