Global Accounts Payable Manager

We are seeking a highly driven Global Accounts Payable Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, including invoice to pay, travel and expenses, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will also lead a global AP team and work closely with budget owners and other stakeholders to drive the P2P agenda forward.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice to pay, travel and expenses, and continuous improvement.
- Lead a global AP team and provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to improve individual and team productivity.
- Ensure that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies and are accurate and timely.
- Identify continuous process improvement opportunities and implement changes to ensure best-in-class systems and processes.
- Build strong relationships with key internal business partners and suppliers.
- Extensive accounts payable experience, preferably in a global company.
- Excellent people management skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting functions, including ERP systems.
- Experience working in an international business and managing foreign currency transactions.
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
