About the Role:

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum 2 years nursery management experience, possessing strong leadership and management skills, as well as a sound working knowledge of Ofsted standards and the EYFS framework.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and development of the nursery setting, ensuring a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
  • Promote the provision of outstanding childcare, supporting staff development and liaising with local authorities and other professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with EYFS framework and Ofsted standards, identifying priorities and meeting outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum level 3 qualification in Childcare, such as EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, or recognised equivalent.
  • Minimum 18 months nursery management experience.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of EYFS framework and regulations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements.
  • Ability to identify priorities and meet outcomes.
