About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our After School Club, providing a safe and engaging environment for children aged 3-11.

The successful candidate will have a recognized Level 3 qualification in Play, Childcare or Early Years, and experience working with children in a play or childcare setting. They will also have excellent communication skills, the ability to respond positively and appropriately to individual children, and a commitment to promoting inclusion and health and safety within the play environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the After School Club team to deliver high-quality care and activities for children aged 3-11
  • Develop and implement engaging programs and activities that promote learning and development
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children in the club's care
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the club's compliance with regulatory requirements
