Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team at the Eric Wright Group. As a Mobile Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients across the North-West region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to various locations to undertake general cleaning duties, including cleaning, washing, sweeping, vacuum cleaning, emptying litter bins, polishing, and dusting designated areas.
  • Move items of furniture as required.
  • Ensure all duties are carried out in compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act, statutory, and company instructions.
  • Relieve and assist in other establishments as necessary.
  • Attend to accidents, fires, loss, theft, lost property, damage, unfit food, or other irregularities, and complete necessary returns and reports.
  • Attend meetings as requested.
  • Duties may vary depending on staff absence.
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for effective role performance.
  • Comply with Company rules, policies, and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, patients, and colleagues.
  • High-quality commercial cleaning experience.
  • Valid driving license, as the role involves travel between sites.
