About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our rapidly growing team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our production and order fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records, investigating and resolving any discrepancies identified.
  • Monitor stock levels regularly and implement and enforce stock control procedures, including correct storage, handling, and labeling of materials, to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  • Work closely with warehouse teams and Replen teams to coordinate inventory production and through cleardown, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records within our inventory management system.
  • Conduct daily stock audits efficiently and accurately raise any concerns or risks to the Inventory Coordinator/Lead and or Inventory Manager.
  • Ensure that Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met and sustainably maintained, cooperating with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters and reporting incidents immediately.
  • Undertake basic problem-solving activities and escalate to the Inventory Coordinator/Lead and or Inventory Manager where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Instructions, including MHE prechecks and safety rules compliance.
  • Undertake audits and follow through on actions regarding compliance to Food Safety; Health & Safety Standards and any other specified standards, such as BRCGS, Food Safety.
  • Be willing to be involved in ad hoc projects as and when required.
  • Perform any other responsibilities/duties which would be reasonably expected as part of this role.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Proficient in using inventory management software or systems.
  • Proficient computer skills.
