Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of tools and processes for inbound logistics and waste management.
  • Monitor inventory levels using shortage projection tools and systems to analyze potential shortages or delivery challenges during the shift, aiming to minimize production disruptions and waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely availability of ingredients and packaging materials.
  • Supervise stock controllers in conducting stock audits to ensure stock availability.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Inventory Control System (ICS) and manage KPI updates.
  • Engage in problem-solving activities and escalate issues to the Inventory Manager or Senior Inventory Manager as necessary.

Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in inventory management or coordination.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of identifying and resolving inventory-related challenges effectively.

Work Schedule: 42 hours per week, 4 on 3 off, Wednesday - Saturday, 6pm - 5am.

Health and Safety: You are required to cooperate with the company in all health and safety matters, ensuring reasonable care for your own health and safety as well as that of others affected by your work activities. Immediate reporting of incidents and raising health and safety concerns with your Line Manager is essential.
