Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist psychiatric care to older adults, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Lead and manage clinical teams, including consultants, registrars, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of our services, including service redesign and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in education and training programs to maintain and develop your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
  • Experience in older adult psychiatry, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Leadership and management experience, including team leadership and service development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
