About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Disability Assessor to join our team at Aspect Healthcare. As a Disability Assessor, you will play a crucial role in assessing individuals undergoing a Work Capability Assessment (WCA) as part of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Health Assessment and Advisory Services (HAAS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of individuals to understand the impact of health conditions on their daily lives.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports based on your findings, ensuring accurate and unbiased results.
  • Interpret medical evidence to support decision-making by the DWP.
Requirements
  • Open to Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, Paramedics, and Occupational Therapists.
  • NMC/HCPC registration is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 1 year post-registration experience.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proficient in IT.
