About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Compliance Specialist to join our team at Paradigm Housing Group. As a key member of our Compliance Electrical Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring 100% electrical compliance for all Paradigm properties.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), installations, servicing, repairs, and rewires of domestic properties.
- Performing annual emergency lighting tests and other duties as required by the business.
- Delivering a 'first-time fix' service, ensuring minimal disruption for our residents and providing outstanding customer care.
Requirements
We value diverse experiences and skills. If you have a background in electrical work and are committed to safety and excellence, we encourage you to apply. Key qualifications include:
- Extensive experience in domestic installations, periodic inspections, fault finding, servicing, repairs, and rewires.
- Relevant certifications: City and Guilds 2365 Level 2 and 3 (or equivalent), and 17th or 18th Edition qualification.
- A strong understanding of relevant legislation, including construction, building regulations, and health and safety.
- Effective communication skills to interact with residents and colleagues.
- A full, valid driving licence.
