Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Engineer to join our team at RGR. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and fault finding across a range of electrical systems.
  2. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks in commercial environments, including offices, care homes, government facilities, and pharmaceutical sites.
  3. Provide technical support to other engineers and ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with health and safety policies.
  4. Update the company's CAFM system with job details and provide detailed notes on completed work.
  5. Liaise with clients and provide a client-facing service as required.

Requirements:

  1. Must be qualified in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
  2. Experience in carrying out maintenance and minor installations in commercial environments.
  3. Able to legally work and drive in the UK.

What We Offer:

  1. Permanent, PAYE position with a weekly pay schedule.
  2. Standard basic hours: 08:00am - 5:00pm.
  3. £41,500 basic salary (40 hour contract).
  4. Overtime rates: x1.5 rate Mon-Sat / x2 rate Sundays and Bank Holidays.
  5. Company van, fuel card, uniform, and phone provided.
  6. Company pension.
  7. 33 days paid annual leave (25 days + bank holidays).
  8. Training and progression opportunities.
