About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team at Park Plaza London Riverbank. As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operation of the department.
  • Conduct regular room checks to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Supervise and mentor Housekeeping staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on departmental performance and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Housekeeping or hospitality role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
