We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to join our team at PlayArts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client communication, providing detailed information about our services, and ensuring policies and processes are accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail
- Provide customers with detailed information about PlayArts and our services
- Attend biweekly marketing and leadership meetings
- Ensure policies, process documents, systems, company tools, and marketing materials are accurate and up-to-date
- Communicate with staff and identify culture issues
- Facilitate culture-building activities, such as quarterly staff events and staff birthdays
- Identify and problem-solve company-wide issues and improve efficiency
- Order marketing materials and supplies
- Manage company bills and subscriptions
- Process invoices and refunds
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our physical location
- At least 4 years of customer service experience required
- Experience in an administrative role preferred
- Experience with children preferred
- Interest or background in the arts is a plus
