About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Development Manager to join our team at FMCG Exec. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our high-profile customers, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for growth are maximized.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure alignment with customer requirements and drive business growth.
  • Quote Management: Oversee the production and validation of customer quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Project Management: Lead and project manage high-volume promotions and new product development (NPD) launches.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders, including tracking sales versus budget and monitoring aged stock.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate any key issues that may impact customer satisfaction to the relevant internal authorities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Graduate or formally qualified, with experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of managing high-profile customer accounts.
  • Skills: Proficiency in IT, particularly MS Office and SAP. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business acumen.
