About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and professional Automotive Transport Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of customer vehicles to and from our repair facility, ensuring a seamless experience for every client.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collect customer vehicles for repair work, adhering to all legal requirements as set out in the Road Traffic Act.
- Deliver repaired vehicles back to customers promptly and safely.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the collection and delivery process.
- Perform full and mini valets on customer vehicles, ensuring they are returned in pristine condition.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines, including wearing provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining clean and tidy work areas.
- Support other sites within the region as needed.
About You
We are looking for an individual with experience in a commercial driving role, ideally as a vehicle recovery driver. You will also have experience in vehicle valeting and polishing.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage your workload effectively.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work safely under pressure.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing a positive experience for every client.
- Strong teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility in your approach to work and a willingness to support various tasks.
- A valid driving license (ideally clean) and be over the age of 21 due to insurance reasons.
