**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Agile Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive test plans aligning with project requirements and timelines.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution with development teams.
  • Actively contribute during stand-ups and drive quality standards through the use of new QA techniques.
  • Choose, configure, and implement testing frameworks and tooling to enable effective testing and reporting.
  • Manually test functionality delivered for a number of clients, across multiple systems, including the validity of data, user experience, workflow, and interface aesthetics.
  • Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and development teams.
  • Work closely with the development teams to ensure creation of test plans and cases for bespoke software and ad-hoc requests based on functional specifications and requirements logs.
  • Review and enhance current quality practices, investigating new methodologies and test strategies.
  • Meet tight deadlines, estimate required testing time, and own the testing process to ensure quality of client systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience in manual software testing in an agile/scrum culture.
  • Experience of relational databases, preferably with SQL Server and technologies such as.NET, C#, AngularJS, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Awareness of multi-layer system architecture, including data layer, business layer, API, and application layers.
  • Understanding requirements and creating key test deliverables such as test strategies, plans, scripts, scenarios, and test data.
