We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Advisor at EE Retail. As a Retail Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including EE's latest offers and promotions.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, ensuring that they receive the best possible deal.
- Manage customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
