We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Coach to join our team at Atlas Recruitment Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering learning, coaching, and assessing apprentices in the field of vehicle mechanics.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality learning and coaching to apprentices in a field-based setting
- Assess and evaluate apprentice progress and provide constructive feedback
- Work collaboratively with multi-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
**Requirements:**
- Relevant industry-related qualification (minimum of level 3)
- Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement/Education & Training
- Proven experience in apprenticeship coaching and assessment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**What We Offer:**
