Property Associate Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Property Associate to join our team at McKinlay Law, a leading West End, London commercial law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate and residential property law, with a proven track record of establishing and building relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse range of property work, including freehold/leasehold, sales and purchase, re-mortgages, and landlord and tenant. With minimal supervision, you will work closely with our Property Partner to deliver high-quality results and provide exceptional client service.

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who is passionate about property law and has a strong desire to grow and develop their career. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work independently, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling commercial real estate and residential property work
  • Establishing and building relationships with clients
  • Working closely with our Property Partner to deliver high-quality results
  • Providing exceptional client service

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of PQE in commercial real estate and residential property law
  • Strong networking skills and ability to establish and build relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
