Job Details

Are you a dedicated and passionate teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SENDCo to join our team at Newbury Park Primary School.

Job Role
  • Lead the school's special educational needs and disability provision, ensuring that all children receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure that children with special educational needs receive the best possible support.

Visa Sponsorship
We are unable to sponsor visas for this role.

Working Pattern
Full-time: 32.5 hours per week.

Contract Type
Permanent.

Full-time Equivalent Salary
Between £40,218 and £49,353.

Pay Scale
M4 - Upper Pay Scale.

What Skills and Experience We're Looking For
  • QTS or equivalent.
  • Degree or equivalent.
  • NASENCO qualification (or working towards this qualification).
  • A strong commitment to raising educational attainment for children with special educational needs.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
