### Key Responsibilities

* Own client engagements and ensure actionable, on-target, and timely proposals for client satisfaction
* Meet or exceed revenue targets by developing and delivering insightful, value-added solutions that address complex issues
* Seek out and identify new revenue opportunities and ensure a continuous flow of business from clients
* Apply consultative problem-solving skills to become a solutions-based expert
* Identify issues to develop tangible and commercial offerings
* Contribute to the awareness of IQVIA Consulting Group in the marketplace through speaking engagements, client meetings, and publications
* Strengthen your expertise through on-the-job experience and participating in conferences and events
* Mentor, coach, and share expertise

### Requirements

* A degree holder with 12+ years' experience in life sciences or healthcare consulting
* Proven seller of complex engagements to the top Pharma/Life Sciences companies
* An established leader with a record of management and people development
* An expert in the identified teams' solutions, that can produce new and creative ideas
* A successful mentor, talent retainer, and confident leader that can enable creativity in others
