Lead Cyber Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide a team of Cyber Security Engineers, ensuring effective management at both operational and strategic levels.
- Design and implement robust security measures for asset creation and system fortification, maintaining ongoing compliance monitoring for computing and server environments.
- Manage security infrastructure, including Firewalls and Intrusion Detection/Prevention systems, across network and host platforms.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify business needs and develop cyber security engineering strategies that align with corporate objectives.
- Responsible for the creation and upkeep of all cyber security engineering documentation, policies, and procedures across multiple domains.
- Establish long-term controls and processes to effectively manage technical debt within acceptable risk levels.

- Proficient in configuring cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Experience securing large-scale server and endpoint deployments in intricate infrastructure settings.
- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management tools like CyberArk, as well as Firewalls, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the water utility sector or within large, complex infrastructure organizations.
- Relevant security engineering certifications or training.
- A degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
