We are seeking an experienced Client People Executive to join our team at Reed Talent Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing complex employment issues related to our workers employed on flexible Angard Staffing contracts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders across Angard Staffing and Royal Mail.
  • Work with Royal Mail's HR team and operational managers to enhance worker conduct and performance management processes.
  • Investigate and address worker conduct and performance issues raised by Angard Staffing or Royal Mail.
  • Support disciplinary hearings and manage responses to worker grievances.
  • Coach internal representatives on best practice worker engagement and agreed management processes.
  • Identify areas of risk and support initiatives to protect our reputations.
  • Gather data from worker and manager evaluations and make recommendations.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Experience of managing a caseload of employee issues in a fast-paced industrial or consumer goods sector.
  • Proven customer service skills and strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
