As an Administration Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our retail operations team in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business.
Main Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to our retail franchisees and store staff, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with our account managers to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the retail operations team, including data entry, report preparation, and inventory management.
- Assist with auditing and compliance activities to ensure that our retail franchisees are adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Communication
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including account managers and retail franchisees, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and distribute reports and updates to management and other stakeholders as required.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and reported.
- Collaborate with our logistics team to ensure that stock is delivered to our retail franchisees in a timely and efficient manner.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with our operations team to develop and implement new procedures and policies.
Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Environment
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30, with occasional weekend work required. The successful candidate will be based in our office and will be required to work in a team environment.
