We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Support Specialist to join our team at Memento Exclusives. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of computer and network systems, including Apple products.
- Ensure the security of all company computers and networks, implementing measures to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.
- Test, troubleshoot, and implement new hardware and software before full-scale installation, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain accurate records of asset inventory and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum two years of experience in installing and supporting local area networks and workstations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Administration and Microsoft Intune/Defender Administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
