Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our small in-house team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure, providing first-class IT support to our staff, and maintaining our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line IT support to staff, resolving technical issues and ensuring minimal downtime
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components of computer and network systems
  • Ensure the security of all company computers and data
  • Maintain and update technical documentation regularly
  • Test, troubleshoot, and implement new hardware and software before full-scale installation
  • Maintain the asset database
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum two years of experience installing and supporting local area networks and workstations
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and process information to identify a resolution
  • Microsoft Office 365 Administration
  • Microsoft Intune/Defender Administration
