### Job Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at The Burgess Hill Academy. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the education of our students, promoting their learning and personal development, including those with special education needs.

### Visa Sponsorship

Visas cannot be sponsored for this role.

### Working Pattern

This is a part-time position, working 27 hours per week, term time only, and inset days only. The working hours are from 8:30am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.

### Contract Type

This is a permanent contract.

### Full-Time Equivalent Salary

The full-time equivalent salary for this role is £23,500.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping students succeed and make progress. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, organisation, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a discreet and sensitive manner. Experience of working within a school environment or with young people is desirable but not essential.
