Commercial Senior Underwriter

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £60,000

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver budget targets by securing high-quality leads and converting them into quotes.
  • Provide exceptional service to Network Partners and ensure adherence to published Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Develop strong relationships with Brokers and across the Network through regular visits and collaboration with the Business Development Manager (BDM) community.
  • Offer effective, economical, and compliant Underwriting Services in line with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).
  • Build high-quality relationships with Brokers through frequent visits to promote the organisation and associated products.
  • Take ownership of complaints, ensuring adherence to company procedures and fair treatment of customers.
  • Participate in training aligned with agreed objectives and stay up-to-date with technical, legal, and market developments through e-learning, internal training, and market-related reading.
  • Comply with all Group procedures and policies regarding potential conflicts of interest and the fair treatment of customers.
