Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Lead to manage our M&A business in the North, identifying and developing new M&A business to drive regional growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading transactions, as well as having a very active role in developing new business and managing a small team to achieve agreed objectives.

You will be part of an experienced and dynamic M&A and Debt Advisory Team, working on mid-market deals with private companies, owner-managed businesses, and private equity.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Execute M&A assignments using your technical knowledge and experience.
  2. Identify, build, and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, taking an active role in the development of new business relationships, including client presentations and pitches.
  3. Lead M&A transactions and manage a small team to achieve agreed objectives.
Requirements
  • Professional qualification ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) preferable.
  • Experience of leading M&A transactions.
  • Competitive base salary plus bonus, profit share, and options.
