Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting and enabling our clients to achieve their strategic goals and establish a strong market presence
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business results and brand growth
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Transforming data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Facilitating marketing strategy sessions with client leadership to build consensus and support
  • Supporting or leading in marketing presentation sessions
  • Representing the Fifth Ring brand globally and upholding our values and standards
Requirements
  • B2B marketing communications experience and knowledge, preferably from an agency setting
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies for clients or B2B organizations
  • Presentation skills experience, both written and in person, as well as executive facilitation skills
  • A deep interest in data gathering, interpretation, analysis, and presentation
  • A creative bent and the ability to draft compelling marketing briefs
  • Effective customer and stakeholder relationship management skills, including active listening, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and cultivate positive client relationships
  • A commitment to adhere to predictable delivery schedules and meet deadlines
  • The confident ability to respectfully challenge both clients and colleagues when necessary and with the goal of delivering the best possible outcome for all
  • Strong written and verbal professional communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree qualified (ideally in marketing, communications, public relations, business management, or a related subject) or equivalent professional experience
