About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at our dealership in Epsom Surrey. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a high standard of quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the standard in customer care with a diverse customer base
- Manage the relationship between customer and dealership
- Manage the service process effectively
- Go beyond process to deliver a seamless customer experience
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and experience in a selling/customer service environment. You will have a strong people background and be able to demonstrate drive, commitment, and enthusiasm.
