About the Role:

Emanuel School is seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Operative to join our Estates team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for undertaking minor maintenance, deliveries, events setups, and other estates-related activities across the school estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake keyholder responsibilities, ensuring the school estate is secure and well-maintained.
  • Support security personnel in maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Support swimming pool operations, ensuring the pool is clean and well-maintained.
  • Assist with the delivery of mail, newspapers, stationery, and other materials.
  • Act as a mini-bus driver as required, ensuring the safe transportation of staff and students.

Requirements:

  • A full, clean driving license.
  • A practical knowledge of facilities and maintenance skills.
  • Experience of working in a busy environment.
  • Facilities qualifications and experience are desirable, but not essential.
