Payroll Specialist

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Payroll Coordinator to join their team in the Highlands office. As a key member of the payroll function, you will be responsible for supporting the development and oversight of daily payroll processing, as well as managing queries and escalations.
Key Responsibilities- Support the payroll team in the development and implementation of payroll processes and procedures
- Manage and process monthly end-to-end payroll information, including salaried staff and casual workers
- Confidently handle queries and escalations from the wider organisation
- Collaborate with the team to achieve payroll goals and objectives
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in managing and processing monthly end-to-end payroll information
- Knowledge of UK payroll legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work
