Job Summary
Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our client's payroll team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing support to the existing payroll function and developing your own career within end-to-end payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and oversight of daily payroll processing carried out by a team of Payroll Administrators
- Manage queries and escalate issues as part of the payroll process
- Develop and maintain knowledge of UK payroll legislation
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth payroll operations
Requirements
- Experience in managing and processing monthly end-to-end payroll information
- Knowledge of UK payroll legislation
- Ability to manage and develop a team
- Proactive and willing to develop skills and knowledge
