Area Commercial Manager/Senior Quantity Surveyor

Cedar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Commercial Manager/Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in a regional capacity. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial professional to work across Kent and Sussex, acting as the key commercial interface at regional level.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake site visits and work from different locations across the region, providing commercial support and guidance to the team.
- Manage a team of up to 3 people, providing leadership and direction to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business units and external clients, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide commercial expertise and support to project workstreams, ensuring that commercial risks are identified and mitigated.
- Minimum 5 years' experience of Quantity Surveying, with a strong background in commercial management.
- MRICS Qualified (or CIOB) with a proven track record of delivering commercial projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Direct involvement in reporting, both internally and with external clients, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering commercial results.
- Experience of working with multiple clients and stakeholders, with a strong understanding of commercial risks and opportunities.
- Telco experience, with a strong understanding of the commercial aspects of the industry.
