Join Our Team as a Building Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at Blue Bear Temporary Talent Ltd. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting residential surveys, identifying housing defects, and producing expert witness reports related to housing disrepair.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct residential surveys to identify housing defects and causation
  • Prepare Part 35 reports in line with Section 11 of the Landlord and Tenants Act and Homes Act 2018 (Fitness for Human Habitation)
  • Inspect properties and produce reports listing findings
  • Complete the Scott Schedule and upload photographs from inspections to a portal
  • Travel to various locations for inspections
Requirements:
  • Full driving license
  • Experience of preparing Part 35 reports and conducting residential surveys
  • Understanding of housing defects and causation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
