About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Supervisor to join our Pavers team in Otley. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example, and inspiring your team to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the store, coaching and developing the team, and driving the achievement of KPIs.
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, advising on shoe care and accessories to complement a customer's needs.
  • Be self-aware, questioning, learning, and taking responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store alongside the management team.
  • Live and breathe Pavers DNA, leading by example.
