About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Team Leader to join our Pavers team in Otley. As a Store Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, advising on shoe care and accessories, and inspiring and supporting your team to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the store, coaching and developing the team, and driving the achievement of KPIs.
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, advising on shoe care and accessories to complement a customer's needs.
  • Be self-aware, able to question, learn, and take responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store alongside the management team.
  • Live and breathe Pavers DNA, always leading by example.

Working Hours

The role will include a mixture of weekend and weekday working, with a 16-hour contract over 4 days per week.
