- Expert knowledge in tools, techniques, and models required to develop Target Operating Models.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior management audiences.
- Exceptional visualisation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Commercial and legal acumen with a good understanding of business strategy and goals.
