As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of self-employed Sales Consultants, driving recruitment activity, and providing training and coaching to ensure the team meets its targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets
  • Drive recruitment activity to complement the existing team
  • Provide training, coaching, and development to ensure the team meets company standards
  • Encourage the Sales Team to generate leads through approved methods
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to deliver on the business plan and achieve sales targets
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports
