About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at K3 Capital Group Plc. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives and contributing to the development of our sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Sales Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve performance.
  • Manage outbound telephone campaigns, working closely with the marketing department to ensure effective communication.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing contingency plans as needed.
  • Compile and present sales reports, analyzing data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to discuss telesales strategies and ensure alignment with company goals.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in a B2B cold calling sales environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work well under pressure.
